2. Description of Service

Ball AI Teams is a mobile application developed by Automatic AI, LLC for team-based basketball coaching, training, and performance analysis. The platform enables coaches to manage rosters, assign workouts, and monitor player performance. It works by syncing with the Ball AI basketball training app, which collects performance data through Apple Watch technology.

Athletes receive feedback and analytics from their workouts, while coaches can access this data in a structured dashboard to assess progress, compare players, and build training plans. The app is designed to streamline the coaching process, increase accountability, and support skill development for teams at all competitive levels.

3. User Registration

To access the features of Ball AI Teams, users must create an account. You may register as either a coach or a player, and your role will determine the features and data you can access. During registration, you'll be asked to provide personal information, such as name and email address. Coaches may also provide team names, player rosters, and notes. Players may be asked for optional performance-related data including height, weight, level of play, and position. 4. User Conduct

Users of Ball AI Teams must act responsibly and respectfully within the app and toward other users. This includes:

• Coaches using player data solely for training and performance development
• Players engaging respectfully with teammates and staff
• Refraining from sharing explicit, abusive, or unauthorized content
• Not impersonating other users or accessing data outside your role's permissions
• Not using the app for commercial, non-sports-related, or abusive purposes

5. Intellectual Property

All content and technology used in Ball AI Teams—including text, graphics, images, features, and code—is the property of Automatic AI, LLC or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or otherwise misuse any proprietary features or materials without express written permission.

6. Subscription and Payment

Your subscription may auto-renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Prices are subject to change, and we will notify you of any changes via email or in-app notifications.

All sales are final unless required otherwise by law. Users are responsible for managing their subscription through their respective billing platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Automatic AI, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury from app use
• Content or behavior of any third party or team member within the app

8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises relating to these terms or your use of Ball AI Teams, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter informally. If unsuccessful, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

9. Termination

Automatic AI, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you breach these terms or misuse the app. Users may delete their account by discontinuing use or contacting customer support.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Ball AI Teams after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
